Your mission is to own process engineering across our key development projects — from our First-of-a-Kind facility to the next stages of scale-up. You'll ensure that process design decisions are well-founded, consistently documented, and aligned across teams, while keeping a clear line of sight from today's engineering work to tomorrow's commercial plant.Key points
  • Own and drive process engineering across all active development projects
  • Lead process safety, HAZOP, and regulatory compliance
  • Manage engineering change and design documentation across the project lifecycle
Skills & Experience
  • Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of process engineering experience, with a strong track record of leading or coordinating engineering work across multiple projects
  • Proven experience managing engineering change — from design updates and deviation handling to formal change control processes
  • Solid background in process safety, including HAZOP facilitation, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance
  • Strong command of process engineering documentation standards: PFDs, P&IDs, H&MBs, valve and pipe sizing, and safety reviews
  • Experience working with simulation teams or external technical partners to align models with design requirements
  • Familiarity with novel or first-of-a-kind process development environments is a strong plus
Workstyle and culture
  • Thinks in systems and owns outcomes — not just tasks
  • Fast learner who quickly grasps complex topics and stays curious about the problem, not just the solution
  • Combines scientific rigour with pragmatic, hands-on, build-and-learn instincts
  • Authentic, reflective, and self-organised — brings structure without losing speed
