Job Description
Reporting directly to the CFO, the Admin & Corporate Finance Associate will have the opportunity to drive future capital raising efforts and allocation strategic decisions for planetary, while driving internal initiatives for operational excellence

The associate will benefit from direct exposure to all outward-facing finance activities, including supporting communication with equity investors, current and prospective lenders
This is a unique opportunity to work very closely with the senior leadership team, to help drive both planetary’s growth and sustainability missions
Main tasks:
Suppport the CFO in the execution of all type of engagements within the scope of the Corporate Governance, Investor Relations, Treasury, FP&A, Data & IT, Corporate Finance department
Preparation of business cases in the context of the Group’s organic development
Support for the management of cross-functional projects
Implementation of a quarterly reporting format for investors and creditors
Prepare presentations and reports to C-suite and Board of Directors
Draft presentations and other documents for both internal external stakeholders
Participate in due-diligence meeting
Work on the valuation of investment opportunities
This role is based in the Geneva region, with possibility for a hybrid working model. Possible to start in Paris with a view to eventually relocate to Geneva by Q4 2025
