As the CAPEX Engineering Lead you will be an integral part of the roll-out of planetary’s fermentation production plants. You will lead the overall project management of the capacity expansion at our Swiss protein production facility, and expand capacity by re-applying the concept globally.

Key responsibilities

• Oversees CAPEX implementation projects: controlling basic and detail engineering, as well as construction and commissioning

• Leads initial production ramp-up planning and coordination of new fermentation facilities

• Coordinates external parties (EPC, supplier, regulator, industry partners) and internal partiers (engineering, science, management teams)

• Defines the list of dependent projects, processes, and decisions that need to be completed to reach the overall project goals.

• Manages project deliverables through effective constructions of timelines, schedules, deliverables and stakeholder management. .

• Coordinates the identification and resolution of project risks and issues. Effectively utilizes the project team to drive continuous improvement and facilitate resolution.
