A Taste of What to Expect
- Enforce full compliance with Czech, EU, and international food safety regulations
- Educate and coach operators on hygiene principles to build understanding, and not just enforcement, creating a culture of quality ownership on the production floor
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to detect and correct deviations early, preventing non-conformance before it escalates
- Define, implement, and monitor quality standards across products, processes, and documentation
- Track, analyse, and report quality KPIs and risk metrics to management, highlighting any issues and driving action plans to resolution
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, relentlessly identifying and eliminating process inefficiencies and risks.
The Perfect Recipe of Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years’ hands-on experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control, ideally in the food manufacturing industry
- In-depth knowledge of HACCP, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and relevant EU and Czech food safety legislation
- Proven track record conducting internal audits, supplier inspections, and managing corrective action plans
- High attention to detail: you are able to spot and address even the smallest deviations
- Assertive communication style, confident in challenging non-compliance and holding teams accountable
- Full professional fluency in English; Czech would bring an advantage
