- Plan and execute Design of Experiments (DoEs) to guide development
- Conduct and document experiments independently
- Contribute to the creation and filing of patents for unique innovations
- Optimize testing protocols, methods, and lab equipment for efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate closely with the product development team and ensure regulatory compliance

- Experience in product development within a food company
- You thrive on exploring the fine details of sourcing, roasting, fermentation, flavor development, and extraction whether professionally or as a devoted hobby
- Solid foundation in chemistry and applied food science
- Hands-on lab experience and strong motivation for practical, experimental work
- Understanding of cost-conscious and commercially viable product design
- Team player with a reliable, professional, and detail-oriented approach to documentation
