It is our ambition to build a world-class venture firm with a highly focused boutique approach. We're now looking for an outlier personality to elevate our backbone in Finance & Operations.
This position comes with a significant growth opportunity all the the way to full-time CFO. You will work directly with Isabella Fandrych and receive coaching and guidance from Dominik Zalewski.
This is can be a fully remote position with the occasional office visit.
Your responsibilities:
- Take ownership of our quarterly fund and impact reporting - meeting the standard of excellence we promised to our investors.
- Manage the relationship with our Fund Administrator, Tax Advisor, Auditor and other important service providers and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Take ownership of our fund model to support investment decisions in close collaboration with our investment team.
- Support portfolio companies with budgeting, financial modeling and fundraising.
- Support our own financial planning and expense management.
- Optimize accounting workflows and support with preparatory accounting tasks.

- Helicopter-ability: You will need to demonstrate extreme ownership and organizational abilities, juggling many different work streams and stakeholders at the same time while keeping the quality of your work exceptionally high.
- High degree of stamina: Next to your internal tasks, we eventually would like you to take more ownership of portfolio and fundraising related work, a key ingredient on your journey to full-time CFO.
Qualifications:
- You obtained a Bachelor or Masters degree in Finance from a leading university.
- At least 2 years of work exeperience in a fast-paced environment (Big 4, Consulting, Corporate Finance Advisory).
- A self-starter with a proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver accurate financial information.
- You have outstanding analytical skills, attention to detail, a fun & pleasant personality and the desire to get s**t done.
- Fluency in German is a must; fluency in English a strong plus.
